Even still, it's not served every day, and it shares the stage with pineapple, lemon, lime, strawberry, and raspberry. But if you want to try it on its own, you can also find the mango Dole Whip on the daily rotating flavor menu at the Polynesian Resort's Pineapple Lanai. Mango Dole Whip makes a rare appearance, swirled together with vanilla soft-serve and served over pineapple juice as a float at Aloha Aisle in the Magic Kindgom, under the name " Showtime with Jose". But if you're a mango lover, you're likely to really enjoy the mango Dole Whip when you find it. We don't think its subtlety is a bad thing, it's just not as impressive as some of the bolder flavors. The first way was dispensed directly into a carved out slice of fresh watermelon and topped with a few chocolate chips to mimic watermelon seeds. If you happened to be in Disney Springs over the summertime, you may have gotten a bite of the watermelon Dole Whip served two ways. In the summertime, the elusive and magical watermelon flavor emerges from the Dole Whip vaults and makes its appearance for a few short sweltering months, before disappearing again for the winter.
